How do I rent a unit?

To rent a unit, you need to schedule an appointment with Donna Peters at (717) 495-1449.

Can I rent a parking space for my RV, Boat, or Long Trailer?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any outdoor storage for large items or vehicles. We do have one car garages for rent to store a car, truck, motorcycle, lawn mower, or vehicle of similar size.

When am I allowed to access my belongings?

J & J Mini-Storage is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You may access your belongings at any time. Just drive right up to your unit!

Do I need to provide my own lock?

We require all tenants to supply their own lock for added security. We occasionally have locks for sale.

Is their anything I am not allowed to store in my unit?

Weapons, toxic items, explosives or combustible items, radioactive materials and equipment, perishable animal products or food items are forbidden and illegal to store in our storage units.

Do you offer long term contracts?

We only offer long term contracts through special circumstance situations. Please contact Donna Peters at (717) 495-1449 to explore options.
